Return Policy – Prestige Watch
Due to the high-value and collectible nature of luxury timepieces, all sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, including buyer’s remorse or personal preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, significantly not as described, or proven inauthentic, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be returned in exactly the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (box, tags, papers, etc.).

Damaged, Incorrect, or Inauthentic Items
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you believe the watch is damaged, incorrect, or not authentic, notify us immediately. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly. In the rare case of authenticity concerns, we will offer a full refund upon expert verification.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Watches that have been worn, sized, or altered after delivery

Items missing original components (box, papers, tags)

Sale items or promotional offers

Gift cards or third-party authenticated items

Items returned without prior return approval
Refunds
If your return is accepted and approved after inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Sales@prestigewatch.com.au.
European Union Orders – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your purchase is shipped to the EU, you are entitled by law to cancel or return the item within 14 days for any reason. The item must remain unworn, unused, with all original packaging and documentation.
